The supplier is asked to supply an initial quantity equal to a whole truck. The raw material is closely checked through random picking which is then put in the process and converted into the finished products. If the results match the quality criteria of the organization, the whole truck is accepted and further order is placed otherwise the whole truck is rejected and a better quality of raw materials are sought to provide the customers with the immaculate quality of goods.
Balaji Commodities also have factories where the whole process of conversion of raw material takes place. Initially they had factories by the name of Mehran Daal Company and Sindh Daal Company which were both closed by the end of 80s, now they have a factory named as Marhaba Daal Factory which is ISO 9001:2008 Certified which of course reflects quality of the goods produced and delivered in the market. They also have a separate split unit of pulses and cleaning of pulses. It actually splits the pulse into two parts, differentiating the skin and the seed apart. The plant of splitting is also ISO Certified. The splitting unit is situated in Hyderabad, in Hyderabad SITE Area. The splitting unit gives the Balaji Commodities an edge of doing their business in a better and managed way.
